Holawild Customer Update May 2026

Dear Customers,

We wanted to share an update regarding the arrival of some of our 2026 models and accessories.

As you may already be aware, we have experienced significant delays with certain new products.

Many customers have been waiting patiently for their orders to arrive, and announcing further delays is the last thing we wanted to do. Unfortunately, this has now become unavoidable.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration these delays have caused.

One of the major factors contributing to these delays is the ongoing global oil crisis, which continues to affect both production timelines and international shipping.

The wider disruption to fuel supply and global freight networks has impacted the movement of raw materials, extended manufacturing schedules, and made it more difficult to secure reliable transport options for completed stock.

As a result, some inbound shipments are taking longer than originally expected. We are working closely with our suppliers, freight partners, and retailers to manage the situation and bring stock into the UK as quickly as possible.

We are keeping our retail partners informed and have asked them to either temporarily remove affected new items from sale or apply extended due dates until we can provide more accurate delivery information.

Holawild Expected Product Arrival Timing 

We are currently expecting affected 2026 products to arrive in stages, depending on the model and accessory type. Some items may arrive earlier than others, and delivery dates may vary by retailer depending on allocation and onward dispatch timings.

Where we have reliable estimated arrival windows, these will be shared with our retail partners so they can update customers directly.

However, until shipments are confirmed and in transit, dates should be treated as estimates and may still be subject to change. Once again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause.

We fully understand that many customers are looking forward to using their products now that the weather is improving, and we are doing everything we can to provide clearer information as quickly as possible.
