After this period has elapsed, unfortunately we are not able to process a warranty claim for your product.

However, if you've encountered issues or damage with your product, it's extremely likely that this can be resolved with a repair or replacement parts. As part of our Product Lifetime Guarantee, we pledge to always have spares available for the lifetime of your product.
