Holawild Warranty

Holawild™ products are built to perform, we design and test our gear to be of the highest quality, so instances of warranty issues are very rare.
However, for added reassurance, we provide a full warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for two years.
For purchases made directly with Holawild, we further extend your warranty cover automatically to THREE YEARS.

 

If you have purchased from a retailer, you can also extend your warranty cover by an additional year by registering with us within 30 days of purchase.

The Warranty

This warranty covers the functionality of the product for its normal, intended use.
It does not cover a malfunction that has resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance,
accidents, damage due to excessive winds/weather, improper re-packing or natural degradation due to sunlight.
If we find a genuine fault or defect in your item that shouldn’t be there, based on normal use, then we’ll repair or replace it for free – no questions asked.
